TERMS OF RESERVATION

The following terms and conditions will apply to the reservation, booking and cancellation of Sinibell services. They will apply equally to the client and to Sinibell, as soon as a reservation has been made.

Reservation and payment

When a reservation has been made the client will receive an invoice for a deposit amounting to 50% of the final payment. The reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid on the due date. The final payment is to be made at least four weeks prior to the beginning of the stay. In case of a reservation later than four weeks prior to the stay, the full invoice will be sent directly.In case of non-payment or delayed payment, the reservation may be cancelled by Sinibell without separate notification.

Cancellation

A cancellation has to be made in writing (letter, e-mail or fax) to Sinibell. In case of a cancellation 20 days prior to the beginning of the stay, the deposit and the final payment will be returned to the client, minus 30 euros office charge. A later cancellation will not entitle the client to any refund.If the cancellation is due to sudden illness or an accident befalling the client or a family member, the client is entitled to a refund minus the office charge of 30 euros.

Sinibell's right of cancellation

In the case of force majeure, Sinibell has the right to cancel a reservation. The client is then entitled to a refund of all his payments. If a cancellation has to be made and the stay interrupted on account of misbehaviour on the part of the client, no refund is payable.

Handover of the key

The key will be handed to the client at 4 p.m. (16 hrs) on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. If the client does not return the key or loses it, Sinibell has the right to charge him for the installation of a new lock and key.

Stay at the cottage 

The cottage is at the disposal of the client from 4 p.m. (16 hrs) on the day of arrival until noon (12 hrs) on the day of departure. The rent includes free disposal of the cottage, sauna and a rowing boat, also bedding and basic kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. The client should use his own bed linen and towels, or else hire them from Sinibell.The cottage must not be used by more people than mentioned on the invoice. No tent or caravan is permitted on the site without express permission by Sinibell. Pet owners should make a separate agreement, and the owner is responsible for removing all droppings and other traces of the pet both indoors and in the surroundings.

Smoking is absolutely forbidden indoors, both in the cottage and in the sauna.

The client is liable to pay for any damage to the cottage, furnishings or surroundings.The client is responsible for keeping the cottage and surroundings clean and tidy both during the stay and on departing. If the premises have not been satisfactorily cleaned, Sinibell has the right to charge the client a minimum of 70 euros for the cleaning and tidying up. If the cottage and surroundings are clean and tidy on the client’s departure, a prior cleaning deposit of 70 euros may be paid back to him.

Complaints 

Any complaint should be made immediately directly to Sinibell.
